Click "Join to launch Zoom" then Follow the on-screen instructions.

Create a good learning environment: Find a quiet, well-lit space where you won't be disturbed or distracted.

Bring a hydrating beverage (but keep it securely closed to avoid a spill hazard!)

 

Silence that cellphone! Ensure minimum disruptions for yourself and the rest of the class.

 

Take advantage of the live discussion format, ask questions, answer questions, share your personal experiences. 

 

Nervous? Don't be! This is an awareness level course and your trainer Melissa will be sure that everyone understands the key topics by the time we take the final exam 'knowledge check'.
